Work created by SQRHAUS for clients (ad creative, landing pages, email templates, etc.) is subject to intellectual property terms outlined in the relevant service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQRHAUS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
We do not guarantee specific results from our digital marketing services. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control including market conditions, platform algorithms, and client-provided assets.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for services are outlined in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Ad spend is separate from our management fees and is paid directly to the relevant advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.) by the client.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service arrangement by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
SQRHAUS reserves the right to terminate services immediately where a client breaches these Terms or the relevant service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
