Revived dormant Klaviyo account — built welcome sequence, abandoned cart flow, post-purchase sequence, and win-back campaign from scratch.
Conducted checkout UX audit — identified and fixed three key friction points increasing checkout completion from 26% to 51%.
Launched Google Performance Max campaigns supplementing Shopping with dynamic search and display remarketing.
Built month-over-month reporting dashboard tracking blended ROAS, email revenue attribution, and channel mix.
