Their Google Shopping feed was unoptimised, their Meta campaigns had zero creative testing, and they had 4,200 email subscribers they had never sent a single automated sequence to.

Audited and completely restructured Google Shopping campaigns — optimised product feed titles, descriptions, and GTINs, and segmented by margin and conversion rate.

Built a Meta creative testing engine running 40+ ad variations per month — testing hooks, formats, and audiences systematically.

Revived dormant Klaviyo account — built welcome sequence, abandoned cart flow, post-purchase sequence, and win-back campaign from scratch.

Conducted checkout UX audit — identified and fixed three key friction points increasing checkout completion from 26% to 51%.

Launched Google Performance Max campaigns supplementing Shopping with dynamic search and display remarketing.

Built month-over-month reporting dashboard tracking blended ROAS, email revenue attribution, and channel mix.

They turned a money pit into our biggest growth channel. The Google restructure alone paid for 6 months of their fees in the first month.
